Complete 2020-2021 Lunch Form Online
Free and Reduced Meal Applications for 2020-2021 can now be completed online. Only complete one application for all household members. Paper applications do not need to be completed if you submit an online application, but they will be available if needed. Go to the link below and complete the required information. Once completed, it will be sent to central office staff to be processed. You will receive a letter stating your child's or children's final status.
